2875 Blake St — RiNo. Private events for groups of 20+; the beer hall holds roughly 500 inside, and long communal tables absorb a bachelorette crew of any size on a walk-in basis. Private-event pricing is quote-based — see the venue's events inquiry. Closed Tuesdays. A lager-only German beer hall with giant yard games is the low-key anchor every itinerary needs — liters of house-brewed lager, room to move, and zero dress-code anxiety. It's also the start/end point of the Pedal Hopper downtown route (card 3), so the day can begin and end in the same hall. Bierstadt is the bachelorette's pressure valve: the chapter where the group is big, loud, spread across communal tables, and playing giant Jenga in party clothes.
